Return Policy
15-Day Store Credit Returns
15-day returns for store credit. Items must be unworn with tags attached. Start a return within 15 days of delivery and we'll issue store credit once we receive and inspect the item. No cash refunds for non-defective items.
Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 15 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Defective items are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
How to Start a Return
Email support@stridexco.com within 15 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll review your request and provide return instructions.
Non-Returnable
Worn items, items without tags, and requests made after 15 days are not eligible for return. Please review the Fit & Sizing guidance and Size Guide before ordering to reduce sizing issues.
